please rise and face the flag and we'll do the Pledge of Allegiance together today I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please take a moment of silence good morning I'm lending Kilgore and I'm Alexandra customer you welcome to the Easton news this is the news for the week of month May 15th to Friday May 19th here's this week's lunch menu Monday chicken orange chicken or meatball sub Tuesday sloppy joe or braided chicken sandwich Wednesday country fried chicken or cheese hamburger Thursday spaghetti or mini corn pups Friday French Toast French toast sticks with sausage or Beefaroni ABC countdown this week enjoy your lollipop for LG today tomorrow is mismatch day so be sure to wish to be sure your cousin don't match when thing is Neon Day for the letter n and Thursday is orange and outside a 40 this means what's the time outside in a great day to wear orange if Friday is possible than pink and pop popsicles and PJ day for Pete we will have pasta to them and be sure to wear your pajamas yay and wear shorts under nightgowns if you wear one Thursday is our spring program featuring or 4th grade students 4th grade you need to be in your classrooms by 5:40 to be ready for a start following the performance there will be cookies and an art show can't wait to see your great work this for book fair will be open Wednesday during lunch and now it's time for the word of the week this week's word is self control self-control means being in charge of what you do and say and do does it play self-control to make good choices yes having self-control help us make good choices and decisions is self-control a quality of a good leader yes good leaders practice is self-control a good leader stay in charge of what they do and say does it take self-control to be good at sport what do you think and remember to use the word while speaking and writing and now it's time for the shout out of the week Miss Bennett would like to give a shout-out second grader Nehemiah trick jailable in Gainesville and give her her for judge being an all-around great helper than friend way to go second graders and now let's go to miss mrs. Womack for the fish cash drawing for books good morning you said explorers once again Harvest cash drawing for books last week I was here I was at the Indiana War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis this is just less than an hour away from right here in 8 or see if you know where I am this week please be sure to tell me okay kindergarten start with you if I if your name gets called you get a certificate for a free book that you can use at a certificate that you can use for a free book on Wednesday at the bookstore okay so a kindergartener we're in from the Glee class and our last winter is for mrs. Gardner's class and it's Howie congratulations kindergartners on your free book first graders or Mrs Chaplin class Xavier from Mister billing class Samuel from mrs. Chapa class Kimmy and our last first grader for this week is from Mister Billings class again and it is Lucas congratulations Lucas and the rest of you first graders for second graders from Miller's class Easton from his class Philly from this is Noah's class again Carson there's another one then we'll have our fourth winner being from this is course class and our fourth player is Max congratulations second graders on the third day Arbor sweaters from his dad's class Oliver this music class Jared mrs. McGinnis is class Jamiah and our last burger for this week is from this music class again and it is congratulations third-graders alright for Greg promises Reisinger class tie next winners from Mission McBride's class Lauren again from reisinger's class Alexandra one of our newscasters congratulations Alexandra and our last winner from 4th grade for this week is from mr. McBride class again and it is Serenity congratulations 4th graders and once again Eastside explorers is always for being proud positive and productive have a great week
