please rise and face the flag and we'll do the Pledge of Allegiance together today I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please take a moment of silence good morning I'm Doctor Scott Simon swirly welcome to the E2 news so glad to see you we hope you are rested relaxed and ready to finish the last half of the Year Strong this is the news for the week of Monday January 9th to Friday January 13th here is this week menu Monday corn dog or hamburger or cheeseburger sloppy joe or breaded chicken sandwich Wednesday country fried chicken or cheeseburger Hamburger Yeti or mini corn pups Friday French toast sticks or Beefaroni is responsibility being responsible means being someone's other someone other can count on to do the 3rd and 4th graders anyone interested in trying out for re2 basketball teams we are having open gym this week after school until 5:00 girls can stay on Tuesday and birthday and boys will stay on Wednesday and Friday tryouts will be next week anyone staying has to have the permission slip signed and turned in the Explorer book store will be open Wednesday during lunch and now it's time for the word of the week this week's word is responsible responsible is being someone other than someone others can count on so is it responsible to admit I made a mistake and then apologize for it yes we all make mistakes the responsible thing to do is to admit what you did wrong and it is it responsible to leave the mess you made in the kitchen without cleaning it up is being responsible easy what do you think I remember to use the word while speaking and writing and not time for that shout out of the week this is anger would like to give a shout out to second graders Bentley lots and Ezra Gothic for clipping off the chart and their classroom both of these boys were extra helpful helpful to mrs. hunger thank you boys keep up the great work mrs. Miller would like a shout out to her entire class they had a substitute teacher last week because mrs. Miller would stick the guest teacher wrote a note that said the whole class was awesome way to go second graders the whole school would like to give a shout out to mrs. dorner's mister Billings and mrs. Miller's classes for meeting their classroom goal and earning a party before break way to go students keep it up and now let's go to mrs. Womack the fish cash drawing for the bucks good morning side explorers and once again it's time for our fish cash drawing for bucks this is the first fish cash drawing of the new year before we went on break I was here the North Pole with buddy let's see where mrs. Turner will put me this week for the first part of the Year here we go if you know where I'm at let me know please okay first grader first winner is from mrs. daughter's class and it is Janae second winner from mrs. Turner's class again Terrence how about a different class from Mrs Chaplin's class is there a third winter and our last winter for first grade is chaplains class again and it's Patrick congratulations guys on your free books okay second grade our first winner is for mrs. Miller's class Camilla Miss bennet's class Felicity does Ivy's klasky Andra and our last second grader for this week is from his IVs class again and it's been congratulation second graders keep up the good work what is Adele's class Henry dad's class again Serenity how about a different class class Madison and our last for this week is from mrs. Jones class again and it's Aigner Anya congratulations alright fourth grade and grab a couple while I'm over here our first winner from 4th grade from mrs. Freeman's class Jenna and again for mrs. Freeman's class kylan and then how about from his reisinger's class Ruth and our last winner for this week is from mrs.
