please rise and face the flag and we'll do the Pledge of Allegiance together today I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please take a moment of silence good morning on this is Tim Allen welcome to the Heat this is the news week of Monday November 30th to Friday December 4th buses will be delivering breakfast and lunches this week on Monday and Wednesdays just a reminder today is the last day to select virtual or face-to-face learning for 2nd semester and you don't make a selection you will automatically be face-to-face for second semester stay tuned at the end of the news cast for a video and instructions on how to make the selection reminder today is the last day are social emotional learning Focus for this month empathy empathy is recognizing and sharing the feelings of another person when we have empathy we can understand how someone else might feel because we can put ourselves in their shoes so to speak it's a wonderful thing to have because it shows how much care about other people and now it's time for the week this week's word is Insight Insight means the ability to understand yourself or someone else very clearly so what's up his words have a similar meaning to incite wisdom yes wisdom and insight have similar meanings what about foolishness does foolishness have a similar meaning to Insight now text me and something opposite to Insight understanding is having understanding and insight the same thing what are you think I remember to use the word while speaking and writing and now it's time for the shadow of the week dr.
