Biography

Hello!

 

My name is Mr. Brett Yoder, and I have the privilege of being your student's teacher this year. I am excited to work with you throughout this school year to help your student find success while growing academically and as an individual. Through our partnership I know we can make this a productive and enjoyable year for your student! I hope our classroom will be a place where your student is excited to come each day!

 

A little information about me: This is my 5th year of teaching 3rd grade at E2. I am a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and live just outside of town with my wife, son, and dog. As a native Hoosier who grew up on a farm, I love basketball and spending time working outside. I also have a passion for literacy. This is a big part of what drew me to teaching. Teaching reading to students at all levels is a great joy of mine. Helping my students develop a love for reading is one of my favorite parts of my job. 

 

As your student's teacher, I want to help you be involved in you child's education as much as possible. If there is ever anything you would like to discuss with me, please do not hesitate to call or email me. An open line of communication will continually help your student succeed.
