please rise and face the flag and we'll do the Pledge of Allegiance together today I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please take a moment of silence good morning I'm Gage Irwin and I'm a dad to check welcome to the E2 news this week this is good news for the week of Monday March 13th to Friday 1:17 bring you Monday pepper pepperoni or cheese pizza or go to do they are completely out Osco stick Wednesday chicken noodles or hamburger or cheeseburger Thursday Indian burger or chicken alfredo side a chicken nuggets or bacon egg and cheese biscuit this is our last week before spring break spring break starts Friday at 3:30 will return to school on Monday April 3rd the Explorer book store will be open on Wednesday during lunch remember Xbox just cause $1.15 the bookstore will be a great place to pick up some books to read over spring break and now it's time for the word of the week medicine side inside is understanding something very clearly so our wisdom and insight sandwich yes Lindemann inside are very slow they both mean having knowledge or understanding does inside help us make better choices yes when we understand something clearly we usually make better choices is having Insight something you can learn what do you think and remember to use the word well speaking and writing and now it's time for the shout out of the week 7 houses have earned shadows and parties from leaving their costume gold mrs. Smith and mrs. Bennet and this is Cartoon Network and chose to celebrate with a snow cone cart and missions mcewan's class Mrs friends and Miss Garner class earned their goal and chose a popcorn party where to go everyone keep up the great work and that's time and now let's go to mrs. long after the fish cash drawing for books good morning east side explorers wants to get it's time for a fish cast 4 bucks but before we get to the drawing lot of you knew where I was this last week this is called The Bean or something it's got an official name but they usually call it the bean it's in Chicago in Millennium Park so a lot of you knew where I was good job all right if you know where this is let me know I might be a little bit closer to home Okay so we have more fish cast from kindergarten I'm going to grab for here we're okay first winner is for mrs. Ross's class Liana McCoy's class Evelyn mrs. Ross ralston's class again Ruby and our last kindergartner for this week is for Miss Garner's class and it is Archer congratulations kindergarteners you will get a certificate that you can use for free book on Wednesday at the Explorer book store first grade Mrs Chaplin's class Carter a second winner for miss his daughter's class Dean has a daughter's class against Sammy and her last one is from his daughter's class again and it is Lillian congratulations first grader second graders time for your turn call mrs. Miller's class Jordan miss working class Tanner from his pores class Lewis and our last second grader for this week it's roses IDs class and it is a Laura congratulation second graders third grade mrs. tenlans class Alexis looks like mrs. Doubtfire house again Ari and our last third-grader for this week is for mrs.
