good morning Eastside students and staff if you could please rise and face the flag will do the Pledge of Allegiance together today I pledge allegiance to flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please take a moment of silence good morning I Madison's family and I'm real and Rose welcome to the E2 news this is the news for the week of Monday April 8th to Friday April 12th lunch menu Monday grilled cheese twists taco pizza or hamburger Tuesday is it you learn day fish nuggets Tristram steak or hamburger spaghetti toys mini corn pups or PB&J Friday mozzarella stick bites Choice pizza burger or hamburger just a reminder tomorrow at eLearning day students will complete school work at home so teachers can have me to learn how to be even better teachers this is Carnival week at you to the Spring Carnival is one of the best days the year here at least by the parent Club is still needing donations of store-bought desserts like snack cakes and cookies for the cake walk and teachers reminder to bring in liter bottles of pop for our ring toss game this Carnival is this Friday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and is sure to be ton of fun for the whole family and just a reminder to parents this year's Carnival is cash only the school will not be able to accept debit or credit cards or second book fair of the Year there will be up all week in the library everything is buy one get one free also the books that will be open during the carnival on Friday night and now it's time for the for the week this week's word is protagonist the protagonist is what you call the main character or one of the major characters in a story so what did Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz ba be the protagonist character in the story so she's a protagonist what about an elf in the in the Polar Express about Alexander from the from Alex and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day is here is he the protagonist what are you think and remember to try to use the word of the week while writing and speaking now it's time for the shadow of the week. Loopers class from Miss Collins class Jordan promises Loopers class again day on and our last first grader for this week is from Mrs badlees class and it's kya-kya come on down and get her certificate from 2nd grade Mrs Sports class Victor stats class Logan Logan you're in Miss Ivy's class that Logan is Sherry and our last winner from second grade is for mrs. Force class in x-ray Sean Roshon come on down and get a certificate from third grade Mrs dad's class Addison Mrs Downes class again Wyatt mr. Yoder's class as I believe sky and our last third grader for this week is from his dad's class again and it's Maddie Maddie come on down and get a certificate from fourth grade Mrs reisinger's class Ashley Mrs Freeman's class Carter mrs. Biggers his class Angel and our last fourth grader for this week is from mrs. reisinger's class and it's just sent you yesterday I come on down and get her certificate from 5th grade mrs. Fulton's class Ethan pharmacist Harvin's glass Johanna from his plumbers class Laura and our last winter from 5th grade for this week is from his plumbers class again and it's saraiya come on down and get her certificate and once again Eastside explorers thank you for being proud positive and productive have a great week
